Big Tent Judge the Nashville Rising Star Competition

BIG TENT PUBLISHING GUEST JUDGE THE NASHVILLE RISING STAR COMPETITION

NASHVILLE, TN - September 21, 2016

VP of Big Tent Publishing David Reuter and Staff Writer Kristen Parisi were invited by Nashville Rising Star to be industry judges for their fourth preliminary round of their songwriting competition.

Nashville Rising Star is a weekly singer-songwriter contest hosted by Keith and Sue Mohr of Mohr Creative Group at Wild Wing Cafe in Franklin/Cool Springs.What makes Nashville Rising Star unique is the audience (both at the venue and online streaming) votes for their favorite song via an online poll at the end of the event. Industry judges also select their favorite song based on quality of the songwriting and commercial potential.

There were 22 contestants and David and Kristen selected Uncle Larry Staffer as their industry judge winner. Congratulations Larry, great song!
